No. Routers are placed in strategic locations to ensure optimal coverage. If you’d like to reposition your equipment, please contact our support team. We’ll evaluate the new placement and assist you with the move.

What is VoIP phone service? +
VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone service lets you make phone calls using your internet connection instead of traditional copper phone lines. With WISE Wireless, you get crystal-clear calling, modern features like voicemail-to-email, and reliable service over your existing wireless internet connection.
Will my phone go out if my internet goes out? +
Yes, since VoIP relies on your internet connection, your phone service may temporarily stop during an internet outage. However, many customers choose to forward calls to their mobile phone during such events for continued accessibility.
Will my phone go out if there is a power outage? +
Yes, unless you are using a battery backup or uninterruptible power supply (UPS). We recommend using a backup power source to keep your VoIP equipment running during short outages.

Yes! We can port your existing phone number to WISE Wireless VoIP service. Just let us know during signup and we’ll handle the transfer from your current provider.

Installation

What should I do to prepare for the wireless service drop? +
Choose a location in your home where you'd like the router installed. Have a Wi-Fi name and password ready to provide our technician. Make sure all pets are secured or put up before the technician arrives for everyone's safety and comfort.
What can I expect on my installation day? +
Installations typically take between 2 to 3 hours depending on the layout and complexity of your property. Our team will handle all equipment placement and configuration, and confirm you're up and running before leaving the site.

Billing

How do I get my bill? +
Your bill will be emailed to you approximately three days before the first of each month. You will also receive a customer portal link at installation with access to view your bills online anytime.
